A discussion for the Development Strategical Model of Chinese Western Region

中国西部地区具有多重非均衡属性。因此应当采取“非均衡系统协调”的发展模式,包括非均衡重点突破的主导战略、全区系统协调的战略思想、结构优化的战略核心和资源转换的战略方式。全区12个重点开发区域之条件各有优劣,因而,选择了不同的开发模式。

Chinese Western region is of multiple unbalanced characteristics,therefore,the development pattern of 'unbalanced systemic coordination' should be adopted,including the leading strategy of unbalanced key breakthrough,strategical thoughts of systemic coordination in all region,strategic pattern of resource transformation i and strategic core of advantageous constructures. The tewlve major exploitation areas in west China have a variety of condition,so different development pattern will be adopted.
