摘要
对齿瓣石斛进行了胚培养、快速繁殖和移栽技术的研究表明:蒴果内胚的成熟程度影响胚萌发率;其中以金黄色者为佳;齿瓣石斛胚培养的最适培养基为改良N6,椰乳可以提高胚的萌发率,并增加繁殖系数,香蕉汁可以加速幼苗的生长及促进生根;移栽一个月后幼苗的成活率达到90%以上。
The results of study on the technology of embryo culture, rapid propagation and transplant show thatthe maturing degree of capsule inner embryo effects the sprouting percentage, the optimal culture medium of Dendrobiumdevonianum is improved N6, the coconut milk can increase the sprouting percentage and propagation coefficient, thebanana juice can accelerate the growth and rootage of the young seedling.The transplant surviving percentage is over90% after one month.
