Issues of Land-expropriated Farmers: Viewed from the Perspective of Land Rent Theory

在统筹城乡发展过程中,大量农村富余劳动力向非农产业转移,许多农民成为失地农民,从而也带来一系列的农民失地问题。从马克思地租理论来分析当今农民失地的一系列问题,并对这些问题提出相关对策和建议。

In the process of overall urban and rural development, a considerable amount of farmland has been expropriated and a large army of surplus rural labor force is shifting to non-agricultural industries, which has brought a series of problems related to the land-expropriated farmers. This paper analyzes these problems based on Marx's theory of land rent tax, and offers corresponding suggestions and solutions.
