网络联盟制造中的协调机制

Cooperation Mechanism of Network Alliance Manufacturing

由于信息技术革命,使得企业的组织方式发生了根本的变化。特别是在全球化浪潮的冲击下,需要企业能够具备极快的市场响应能力,网络联盟制造就是面向制造全球化的一种新的企业制造模式。如何解决网络联盟制造中的伙伴之间的矛盾和冲突,成为保证网络联盟制造整体目标达成的关键。文中在对制造业全球化进行分析的基础上,描述了网络联盟一般协调机制包括的主要方法和支持工具,并介绍一种基于Multi-agent的网络联盟协调机制。

Due to the revolution of the computer technique innovation,the organization model has been radically changed.With the tendency of globalization,it is necessary for enterprise to be equipped with rapid market response ability.Network Alliance Manufacturing (NAM),as one of the new modes of manufacturing,is born according to manufacturing globalization.How to cooperate is important for the development of enterprises.By discussion of character of NAM,tools and approaches to leveraging network alliance are introduced in this article.Finally a multi-agent based cooperation mechanism used in NAM is presented.
