酪蛋白铜对仔猪生长及血清铜蓝蛋白和SOD活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 选取杜长大仔猪分别饲喂添加 5 ,2 4 0mg kg铜 (CuSO4 ·5H2 O)和 2 5 ,5 0 ,75mg kg铜 (酪蛋白铜 )的饲粮 ,探讨酪蛋白铜对仔猪前后期生长性能的影响 ,并对血液相关指标进行了分析。结果表明 ,与 5mg/kg硫酸铜处理组相比 ,5 0mg/kg酪蛋白铜处理的促生长效果最佳 ,日增重提高了 13 6 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,高铜处理组日增重提高了 12 5 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;高铜明显降低了料重比 (P <0 0 5 ) ;高铜和 5 0mg/kg酪蛋白铜处理组的铜蓝蛋白活性分别提高了 34 2 8%和 35 71% (P <0 0 1) ,SOD分别提高 76 4 %和 80 8% (P <0 0 1) ;高铜和酪蛋白铜对猪血清Cu、Fe、Zn水平无显著影响。
