河南省加快实施“开放带动主战略”的策略研究

A Strategic Research on the Fast Implementation of the Primary Strategy Opening and Driving in Henan

河南省引进外资和外贸的总体规模不仅与先进省市相比有较大差距,而且与河南省居全国第五位的经济总量相比极不相称,外向型经济水平低已成为制约全省经济发展的重要原因。为此,我们应在优化经济发展环境的同时,实施"开放带动主战略",加快河南外向型经济的发展。

There is, comparatively, a large gap between Henan and other provinces or municipalities in the total capacity of the introduced foreign capital and trade. Still, that doesn't match Henan's place of No. 5 in gross economic amount in China. The low level of export-oriented economy has been the main reasons to restrict the development of economy in the whole province. Therefore, we should implement the primary strategy 'opening and driving' to speed up the development of Henan's export-oriented economy, as we optimize the surroundings of the development of economy.
