The Necessity of Fully Developing the Political Resources of“Inter-party Supervision” in China

充分开发我国“党际监督”的政治资源,对于完善和发展中国特色的社会主义政党制度是极其必要的。它不仅是中国政党制度的内在要求,也是20世纪末“世界政党危机”给予执政党的警示,更是回应当今国际国内经济政治发展新形势严峻挑战的需要。

To fully develop the political resources of “inter-party supervision” in China is essential to the improvement and further development of the political party system which is of Chinese characteristics. This is not only demanded by the intrinsic needs of the Chinese political party system, but also prompted by the 20th-century “world political party crisis”, a warning to all the parties in power. What is more, this is also a response to the serious challenge from the new national and international economical and political situations.
