摘要
研究了以膨润土提铝残渣为含硅原料 ,采用湿化学法合成堇青石的方法。该法由前驱体合成、干燥、煅烧等步骤组成。由实验确定了各步操作的最佳条件 ;用红外光谱和X -射线衍射分别对前驱体和煅烧产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明 ,合成的前驱体为一种有机硅化合物 ,其干燥。
A new method is presented for synthesis of cordierite from residue after extracting aluminum from bentonite by the wet chemical process. The process includes synthesis,dry and roast of cordierite precursor and so on . The optimum processing conditions in series of steps are determined by experiments,and the structures of the precursor and of the roasted products are separately analyzed by IR and XRD. The results show that the synthesized precursor is an organosilicon compound and its dried and roasted product is cordierite.
