普通小麦的体细胞胚发生、发育相关蛋白质的毛细管电泳法鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 采用高效毛细管电泳技术对普通小麦不同类型的愈伤组织进行蛋白质电泳分析,发现不同类型的愈伤组织中舍有多数相同的蛋白质和少数差异蛋白质.结合形态与结构分析,表明差异蛋白质可能与体细胞胚的发生和发育相关.与普通电泳及双向电泳相比,该技术具有快速可靠的特点,可望发展成为鉴定愈伤组织类型及体细胞胚发育时期特异蛋白质的有效方法. Capillary electrophoresis of protein was to verify different types of embryogenic and non- embryogenic wheat calli. Results indicated that most of the proteins were common in different types of calli except a few specific proteins. In combination with morphological and structural analysis, it indicated that these specific proteins may be relevant to embryo formation and development. Capillary electrophoresis possessed some advantages such as speediness and credibility compared to the traditional methods of both common electrophoresis and two-dimensional electrophoresis. It could be developed into an effective method to identify different types of calli and specific proteins from somatic embryo in different developmental stages.
