摘要
供应链集成计划的研究主要侧重于两级供应链结构 ,而面向超过两级的多级供应链集成计划的研究还很少。本文主要研究了三级供应链集成计划制订问题 ,以各企业的制造成本、库存成本、外包成本、运输成本和短缺成本总和最小为目标 ,建立了多供应商、多制造商、多分销商、多产品和多时段的有限生产能力的供应链集成计划模型 ,并详细说明基于遗传算法的供应链集成计划模型求解问题。
Supply chain integrated planning is one of important mea sures to realize coordination between members. The state-of-the-art integrate d planning researches mainly emphasize on 2-tier supply chain architecture, but multi-tier one is still very lack. This paper studies an integer programming m odel of 3-tier supply chain with multi-supplier, multi-producer, multi-distr ibutor, multi-product, multi-period and restricted capacity. Its objective is to minimize the sum of production cost, inventory cost, transportation cost, and outsourcing cost of each member in the supply chain. GA (genetic algorithm) is firstly used for solving the model. The key procedures of solution method based on GA are designed and explained. Finally an example illustrates the feasibility and the effectiveness of the model and the GA method.
