摘要
双凸极电机采用标准角度位置控制时 ,在高速运行换相时 ,电流的上升率较小 ,制约了电机的输出转矩和功率。转子角度位置提前控制对双凸极电机特别是高速运行时的输出转矩和输出功率有很大的影响 ,本文详细分析了电励磁双凸极电机角度位置提前控制的关系对电机性能的影响 ,并给出了提前角度与与输出转矩和输出功率之间的关系 ,实验结果表明适当的角度提前控制可以有效地提高电机高速运行时的输出转矩和输出功率。
When a doub le-salient motor works at high speed using standard angle control, the rise rat e of commutation current is quite small. This limits the output torque and power of the motor. When a double-salient motor works at high speed, an angle-advan ce control has big effect on output torque and power of the motor. In this paper , the effects on performance of motor of angle-advance control of electro-magn etic double-salient motor are analyzed, and the relations between advanced angl e and the output torque and power of motor are obtained. Experimental result sho ws that the angle-advance control can greatly improve output torque and power o f the motor.
