摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜及X射线能谱仪对失效样品断口形貌和显微组织进行了分析,结果表明:开裂主要原因为退火工艺不宜导致碳化物粗大并沿晶积聚所致。
The microstructure and fracture morphology of steel 20 has been studi ed using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and XRD .The test results showed that the crack is attributed that carbide is coarse and distributed in grain boundary .The main reason of crack is improper annealing temperature.
