摘要
本研究对 2个沙棘杂交子代群体、亲本群体及对照实生中国沙棘在不同时间的沙棘叶游离黄酮和部分叶样的水解黄酮甙进行了分析。对内蒙古坝口子和九城宫 2个基地 7个群体的沙棘叶分析表明 :沙棘叶中槲皮素、异鼠李素及桑色素等黄酮组分均处于非游离状态 ,而只有芦丁以游离态存在。从 2个基地研究群体的游离总黄酮变化来看 ,6月初到 7月中旬叶中总黄酮含量保持相对稳定 ,其中坝口子群体变化在80 0~ 10 0 0mg/ 10 0 g ,九城宫各群体叶中游离总黄酮含量变化在 90 0~ 1380mg/ 10 0 g之间。对九城宫的杂交子代群体和当地中国沙棘 2群体的叶水解黄酮甙进一步分析发现 ,沙棘叶中主要有 3种黄酮甙、槲皮素、异鼠李素和山奈酚。该 2群体叶中槲皮素的含量集中在 6月 1日到 8月 15日之间 ,变化在 0 3~ 0 4 g/10 0 g ,异鼠李素含量变化在 0 2 7~ 0 38g/ 10 0g范围内 ;山奈酚 2群体叶中含量接近 ,变化范围在 0 6 g/10 0 g~ 0 2 g/ 10 0g ,水解总黄酮甙含量则呈现波浪式下降趋势 ,2群体变化范围在 1 3g/ 10 0 g~ 0 79g/10 0 g。
The composition and content of free flavone and flavonoids in different time of Seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) leaves were analyzed. The results showed that quercetion, isorhamnetin and morin were in conjugation and rutin was in free in the leaves of Seabuckthorn at seven colony in two experimential bases in Inner Mongolia. The content of total flavone in Seabuckthorn leaves was consistent from the beginning of June to the end of July. The content of Bakouzi group was 800~1000mg/100g and the content of Jiugongcheng group was 900~1380mg/100g. There are also three flavonoids( quercetion, isorhamnetin and kaempferol) in the leaves of Jiugongcheng Seabuckthorn group and Hippophae rhamnoides subsp sinensis. From June 1 to August 15, the content of quercetion in two bases was 0.3~0.4g/100g, the content of kaempferol was 0.6~0.2g/100g and the content of isorhamnetin was 0.6~0.2g/100g. The content of total flavonoids in two Seabuckthorn colony bases was decreased and varied between 1.3~0.79g/100g.
