摘要
应用高效液相色谱仪采用迪马CLC ODS反相柱 ,以 0 1%H2 C2 O4为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,采用外标法测定沙棘产品中维生素C的含量 ,该方法简便、快速、重现性好 ,维生素C的平均回收率为99%。
The content of vitamin C in seabuckthorn was measured by using external standard and HPLC with ultraviolet of 254nm, DIMA CLC-ODS column and a mobile phase of 0.1%H 2C 2O 4. The method was simple, quick and good repetition. The result showed the recovery of V C was 99%.
