摘要 针对新型结构的荫罩式等离子平板显示器 ( SM-PDP)提出了一种有效的能量复得维持驱动电路方案。从理论上详细分析了电路的工作原理 ,并且介绍了相关金属氧化物半导体场效应管 ( MOSFET)的栅极驱动方法。电路系统通过实验证明 ,利用电感与屏寄生电容之间的串联谐振可以大大减小 PDP屏寄生电容的位移电流在电路上损耗的功耗。此能量复得电路已经在 3 4in全彩色 SM-PDP( 640× RGB× 480 ) A special energy recovery-sustain driving circuit system is proposed to drive a shadow mask plasma display panel(SM-PDP) efficiently. The operational principle of the proposed system is presented with theoretical analysis. Some methods to drive metallic oxide semiconductor field effect transistor(MOSFET) are introduced. The system uses the series resonance between the inductor and the intrinsic capacitance of PDP to realize the energy recovery by lowering the capacitive displacement current of the PDP. The validity of proposed circuit system is verified through its successful application in the 34-inch-diagonal full color SM-PDP.
