摘要 提出了一个简洁的串扰估计方法。该方法使用耦合RLC树模型来估计高速VLSI下的互连串扰。通过RLC树模型的瞬时计算递归方程和通常的模型降阶对耦合噪声近似,串扰能被快速高效的估计,而且电感效应的影响也能被真实捕获。实验结果显示该方法具有较高的精度。 A comprehensive crosstalk estimation method using coupled RLC-tree models in high-speed VLSI interconnect is provided. Based on recursive formulas for moment computation of RLC-tree models and a general reduced-order model to approximate the waveform of coupling noise, waveform can be estimated accurately. The influences of inductance effects in crosstalk can be truly captured by our crosstalk-metric models. Fundamental developments of the proposed method will be described in details. Experimental results will show the improved accuracy of the proposed method.
