钢筋网壳锚喷支护新技术理论分析及工程应用 被引量:6

摘要 钢筋网壳结构是软岩巷道支护工程中一种新型的支护形式。在介绍钢筋网壳锚喷支护的技术特色、结构特点、支护原理的基础上,并对其进行了理论分析,阐述了壳体结构承受法向荷载条件下的内力计算,推导出钢筋网壳锚喷结构的计算模型及其内力与主要应力的计算表达式。结合在桃园矿的应用情况,阐述了其施工技术要求和施工工艺,并进行现场监测,分析了这种新型支护形式的支护性能。实践证明,空间网壳锚喷支护结构大幅度提高了支撑能力,与围岩相互作用的整体性好,具有良好的力学性能与较高的承载能力,是软岩巷道中的一种安全可靠支护结构形式。 The reinforced shell structure was a new kind of supporting forms in the soft rock tunnel supporting engineering. The technique feature and supporting theory were introduced, and its theory was also analyzed. The calculation model and the calculation expression of its inner forces and main stresses were deduced out in the article. With its application in the Taoyuan Mine, its construction technique requests and crafts were also described. In a word, such a space shell supporting structure has very high value and vast development of application.
