摘要
以环氧大豆油、丙烯酸和马来酸酐为原料合成了碱溶性光敏环氧丙烯酸酯齐聚物,用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。研究了马来酸酐的用量对碱溶性齐聚物性能的影响。试验表明:在酸酐配比等于0.6∶1时,产物具有较好的碱溶性;产物的光敏性、碱溶性和粘度随着酸酐配比的增加而增大。
The resin of alkali developable photosensitive has been synthesized from the raw material of acrylic acid,maleic anhydride and epoxidized soybean oil. The result of infra-red spectrometry showed that when the ratio between resin and maleic anhydride was more than 1:0.6, the produced photosensitive resin possessed a better alkali solubility. The photosensitivity, alkaline solubility and viscosity of products increased as the ratio of maleic anhydride increased .
