摘要
设计分析了一种悬浮间隙传感器的测量线圈 ,分析了测量线圈与被测导体之间作用后的磁感强度的分布 ,调整结构使距离测量线圈相同间隙位移处的磁感强度分布接近为恒定值 ,实验结果验证它可以有效降低由被测物体齿槽结构所引起的测量信号波动 ,降低齿槽效应。
This paper designs and analyzes the structure of coils for a levitation gap sensor, which can reduce the output fluctuation when testing gaps between senor and groove surfaces. It analyzes magnetic induction between the coils and the tested conductor. If the values of magnetic induction at a certain gap are approximated constant, the output fluctuation will be lower. Based on the idea, the structure of coils is designed and experiments prove its feasibility.
