摘要 对免疫型光纤生物传感器的关键部件———光纤探针对荧光的激发及收集效率进行了分析 ,提出了激发光在光纤探针中所经过的传输路径的一种新的图解方法。针对消逝场激发荧光的特点 ,分析了锥型光纤探针中最小入射角与临界角之差和探针锥型部分长度的关系曲线 ,以便最大限度地激发荧光信号 ,同时又能够避免由于透射到样品溶液的激发光对溶液中的荧光分子激发所引起的虚假信号。以上述分析为基础给出了探针的优化设计方法并分析了应用实例。 As the probe is a very important component in a fiber optic immunoassay biosensor system, the efficiency of exciting and collecting of fluorescence signal of the probes is analyzed with different construction, and developed a new diagrammatic method of rays tracing through the tapered fiber probe. Taken into account the characteristic of evanescent wave and the mode of it excited fluorescence molecules, in order to get the maximal fluorescence signal and avoid the exciting laser coming into sample solutions, where it may excite the fluorescence dye molecules and send a false fluorescence signal into probe, this paper analyzes the relationship between the difference of the minimal angle of incidence and the critical angle with the length of the taper. Based on these analyses, we design am optimized method for the probes, and combine with the given sample, get the optimized parameters of the probe.
