摘要
中小学环境教育能否长期、有效地开展的关键因素是中小学教师的环保素质和实施环境教育能力,在可持续发展观指导下,切实加强中小学教师环境教育培训,明确目标和内容,创新培训形式,使环境教育进入中小学校水到渠成。
The key factor of whether the environmental conscious training in middle and primary schools can be sustainable and effective lies in teachers' environmental protection quality and ability to carry out the training. In order to meet the demands of a sustainable development, we must clarify the teaching target and content, innovate the ways of teaching and feasibly strengthen teachers' training through which lead environmental conscious training into primary and middle schools.
