摘要
人文素养是指人具有的文学、史学、哲学、艺术学科知识的修养,通过人文学科知识的传授,环境熏陶,使之内化为人格、气质、修养,成为人的相对稳定的内在品格。人文素养的培养是当前我国人文素养现状的迫切需要,人文素养的培养方法是多角度,多方位,多渠道,多种形式的;通过实施新的课堂教学,实施社会实践活动,优化校园环境,营造良好的校园文化氛围等来培养和提高学生的人文素养。培养和提高学生的人文素养有利于教学观念的转变,有利于评价体系的完善,有利于科技人才的培养,有利于中国社会的进步。
Humanistic accomplishment refers to the accomplishment in literature, historiography, philosophy, artistic knowledge, and the relatively stable inherent character, internalized as one's personality. Its cultivation is urgently needed in the current situation of our country, which can be achieved through multi-channels as new classroom instruction, social activities, beautifying the campus and building good atmosphere of school culture. The cultivation and improvement of humanistic accomplishments will benefit the shifts in teaching ideas, help the improvement of the evaluation system and the development of the skilled personnel, and, thus, enhance the progress of the Chinese society.
