摘要
通过与传统五味的比较,论述了新五味的比较:原味、宽味、引味、后味、润味的内涵及应用。
Compared with the traditional five sense,the aim of the thesis is to illustrate the essencc and application of the five senses :the original flavor,the comprehensive flavor,the changed flavor ,the haunting flavor and the gorgeous flavor.
