摘要 针对混合动力汽车中常规的布线法使得整个汽车的布线变得非常杂乱,对汽车的设计、制造、维护非常不利的缺点,简述了混合动力汽车中CAN总线网络通讯的应用,分析了CAN总线简单、安全、实时性好的特点和SAEJ1939通信协议,在三总线设计思想指导下,研究了CAN总线技术在混合动力汽车中的具体实现。实测结果与实际指标要求相比较,该系统达到了较高的性能指标:总线负荷率较低,中、高传输速率的误码率小,系统功耗比较小,完全满足混合动力汽车的要求。 The paper described the necessity of applying CAN (controller area network) to hybrid electric vehicle, analyzed the high reliability and flexibility of CAN, and the characteristics and protocol of the bus. The research on the realization of CAN bus system was carried out by using three buses in the design. Experiment results prove that the system is feasible, because it can fulfill the requirements of hybrid electric vehicles. The loading of CAN bus is lower, the error ratio is about 10-8 ∼ 10-6 when the transmission rate is middle or high, and the power consumption is lower than the design requirement.
