摘要
教育规范是调控人们教育行为的具有不同程度之普适性的指示或指示系统,而使教育规范从无到有的充分而且必要的条件是合规律与合目的。教育规范的作用就在于保障主体教育活动的合规律性与合目的性,而合规律性与合目的性的统一就是自由发展。遵守一定的教育规范是进入自由发展境界的门户,教育规律是通过教育规范这一中介而与自由发展发生关联的,而教育规范则是通过自律与自由发展发生联系的。
The educational standardization refers to the indication or indication system of different adaptability which is used to regulate people's educational behavior, and the necessary condition for the existence of educational standardization is the conformity to both the law and the purpose. The function of educational standardization is to guarantee that the subject's educational activities will conform to the law and the purpose whose unity is freedom and free development. Observing certain educational standardization will allow people access to the free development. The educational law develops its relationship with free development by the means of educational standardization which in turn is related with free development by way of self-discipline.
