摘要 利用光纤表面等离子体共振 (SPR)技术设计了光纤表面等离子体波传感器 .该传感器与传统棱镜SPR传感器相比有很多优点 .由于引入了光纤结构 ,SPR传感器的计算变得相当复杂 .此前 ,由于不能准确计算 ,其设计主要依赖于经验 ,从而严重影响了所设计的传感器的性能 .根据光纤SPR传感器的特点 ,在一定条件下把斜线作为子午线来处理 ,推导了光纤SPR传感器中总反射系数的计算公式 ,实现了对光纤SPR传感器的理论计算过程 ,同时与实验结果进行了对比 ,结果表明理论计算结果与实验相吻合 ,从而为系统地分析光纤SPR传感器的性能提供了一个有效的手段 ,并且为实际设计光纤SPR传感器提供了理论依据 . Optical fiber surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors can be designed based on SPR technique, which have many advantages compared with traditional prism SPR sensors. However, the theoretical calculation is very difficult and complex because of their special configuration. Thus, previous optical fiber SPR sensors were designed mainly depending on experience and their performance were poor. For optical fiber SPR sensors, the skew ray propagated along within the fiber core can be viewed as meridian line approximately according to the characteristics of optical fiber SPR sensors. Consequently, total reflection coefficient equation of optical fiber SPR sensors is deduced and theoretical calculation of optical fiber SPR sensors is presented. Comparison shows that theory output of the sensor is well consistent with experimental data. The work provides an effective means for designing and further studying optical fiber SPR sensors.
