以恩施土家族苗族自治州为例,从商务环境、政务环境、法制环境和文化环境四个方面分析了民族地区投资软环境存在的障碍及深层次原因,并提出了改善少数民族地区投资软环境的一些建议。

Illustrating Enshi Tujia and Miao AutonomousPrefecture, this article analyzes the obstacles and deep structure reasons in minority areas from the following four aspects; the business environment, the administration environment, the legal system environment and cultural environment, and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the soft environment of investment.
