摘要
大豆纤维除了具有优良的舒适功能外,还具有抑菌抗菌、防紫外线、远红外和负氧离子发射四种保健功能。文中从大豆纤维所含成分和结构分析了其保健功能和机理,着重对负氧离子的产生方法加以说明,分析了几种针织物表面的毛羽特征,并对纯大豆纤维(漂白、染色)、混纺或交织大豆纤维等负离子的发射量进行了测试。
In addition to comfortable wear-ability, soybean fibers bear the other four healthy functions, i.e., anti-bacterial, proofof ultraviolet radiation, proof of far-infrared rays and proof of radiation of negative oxygen ions. This paper analyzes thehealthy functions and mechanism according to the composition and structure of soybean fibers, and explanations are madeto occurrence of negative oxygen ions. And the characteristics of hairiness of a few knitted fabrics are analyzed. Furthermore,the radiation amount of negative oxygen ions is tested to pure soybean fibers (bleached and dyed), blended yarns andinterlaced soybean fibers.
