企业在安全生产中,往往更注重于物因的管理。事实上,在安全事故的致因中,人为因素占据了主导地位。本文浅略地分析了影响人的不安全行为的主要因素,提出了加强人因管理的一些对策。

More stress is put on machine-related factors in safe production of enterprises.Actually,human-related factors occupies a lion's share among the factors leading to accidents.The article gives a brief analysis of major unsafe factors which influence people and puts forward some measures for intensifying the management of human-related factors.
