丙烷脱沥青油异构化脱蜡催化剂初探 被引量:2

摘要 对丙烷脱沥青油异构化脱蜡双功能催化剂Pt/SAPO - 11进行了研究。考察了铵交换对硅磷酸铝分子筛酸性的影响。在 2 0ml连续流动式固定床加氢高压微反装置上评价催化剂。在氢气压力为 14 .5MPa ,空速为 1.35h- 1,氢油体积比为 70 0∶1条件下 ,考察了原料油于不同温度下的异构化脱蜡反应。分析结果表明 ,产物总液收率保持在 90 %左右 ,370℃以上润滑油馏分的凝点可降至 - 15℃ ,粘度指数约 10 7。 The bifunctional isodewaxing catalyst, Pt/SAPO-11 for propane deasphalting oil was studied. The effects of exchanges by ammonium on silicoaluminophosphate acidity were investigated. The catalyst was evaluated in a high pressure microreactor with a 20 mL continuous flow fixed-bed unit. The isodewaxing reactions were investigated at different temperature under the reaction condition, hydrogen pressure 14.5MPa, space velocity 1.35 h -1 , H 2/Oil(volume ratio)700. The results show that the total yield of liquid can reach about 90%, and lubricating oil(>370℃) freezing point is -15℃, its viscosity index is 107.
