According to demand, SINOPEC Shandong Yantai Oil Company adjusted marketing strategy and increaseed direct distribution ratio. Through market survey, the company understood customer' s demands and established distribution files. In order to enhance distribution, the company enlarged country network, developed distribution potential, implemented performance appraisal and developed company' s potentials.
