铝钼共渗钢的性能与应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了铝钼共渗的工艺特点 ,较全面的论述了铝钼共渗层的特征、焊接性能及耐腐蚀效果。实验表明 ,铝钼共渗钢耐高硫、高酸腐蚀效果优于渗铝钢、18 8钢。研制的铝钼共渗钢换热器在加工高硫原油和高酸原油的炼油厂进行了工业应用 。 Process features, welding performance and the corrosion-resisting effect of co-aluminizing/ molybdenizing steel are expounded. Experiment shows that the effect of resisting sulfur and acid of co-aluminizing/molybdenizing steel is superior to aluminizing steel and 18-8 steel. Heat exchanger made of co-aluminizing/ molybdenizing steel has been commercially applied in the refinery to process high sulfur and high acid crude and the good corrosion-resisting effect obtained.
