摘要
齐齐哈尔市地处嫩江区域,但由于自然和人为因素,使嫩江的水资源发生匮乏,水土流失严重。2002年,齐市成立水政监察支队,大力加强水资源的管理监察工作,保持水土资源。从三方面入手:一是制定完善的法规;二是建立完备的执法队伍;三是政府管理与科学管理双线齐下,加大力度。
Qiqiher city is in Nenjiang river basin.But water resources in Qiqihar is deficient because natural and man-made factors, Water planning detachment was established in 2002 to strengthen management and supervision of water resources we established perfect rwles of law and self-contained tipstaff,strengthen governmental and scientific managentrt.
