摘要
用灰黄霉素、制霉菌素、土霉素、青霉素及链霉素5种抗生素对玫瑰鲜切花瓶插的综合保鲜效果进行了对比试验。通过切花外部形态、生理效应的观察测定结果表明,使用抗生素能延缓花期的萎蔫度,提高新鲜度和开放度。其中含链霉素30μg/mL或青霉素20μg/mL的保鲜剂具有良好的保鲜效果。
In this paper, some experiments were determined on preservative of cut rose flower using different antibiotics, which adopted method of singular factor in many levels. The results of experiment indicated that antibiotic was able to put off wilting degree of florescene and promoted fresh degree and openning degree.By analysis of cube deviation, conductivity of petal descended makingly; drying weight was superior to reference frame. Synthetical index indicated that affection of 30μg/mL penicillin and 20μg/mL preservatives were optimum.
