摘要
该系统是对DZST-1型井下动力钻具性能测试系统的软件开发。该系统对井下动力钻具多种参数进行检测、控制以及数据处理;采集动力钻具的扭矩、转速、入口压力、出口压力、循环流量;输出和控制液体的循环流量;并可计算动力钻具的输入功率、输出功率、总效率等性能参数。同时可以将采集的原始数据和性能参数存盘打印,根据性能参数绘制曲线。为定量评价动力钻具的加工、维修质量及使用性能提供准确、全面的实验数据。
This system is about the software development for the performance testing system of down hole drilling motor, which can control, check and process several parameters of the drilling motor. It can collect torque, rotary speed, inlet pressure, outlet pressure and circular flux of the drilling motor, what's more, it can output and control the liquid circular flux. According to these parameters, we can work out such performance parameters as input power, output power, overall efficiency and so on. The collected original data and parameters can be saved and printed and then be drawn into diagrams, which afford accurate and comprehensive experimental data for evaluating the machining, servicing quality and running conditions of the drilling motor.
