介绍了研究院人才技术档案库系统的开发思路、功能及实现方法。应用效果表明,使用该系统后能够方便、快捷地查询人才、技术信息,人才技术管理实现了网络化,提高了工作效率,提供了丰富的信息资源。
Developing thought, method and functions of a qualified personnel dossier system for the Research Institute in Tuha oilfield are introduced. The application of this system shows that personnel and technique information can be inquired easily and quickly. Thus network management of personnel is realized, which can improve work efficiency significantly.
