摘要
针对PM-404干燥机托轮频繁故障的现状,通过对托轮内轴承在正常受力工作状况下的寿命估算,结合实际运行状况,剖析托轮内轴承频繁损坏失效的根本原因,并提出解决问题的相应对策。
In view of the frequent occurrence of malfunction of the conveyor idler of PM - 404 drier, combining with
the practical operation,this paper analyzed the fundamental causes of constant invalidation of bearing in the
conveyor idler on the basis of estimation of service longevity of it under normal working condition, and raised
corresponding countermeasures of troubleshooting.
