摘要
研究了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料的合成工艺,讨论了MMT对PET聚合工艺及切片的形变和相变温度以及气体阻隔性能的影响.结果表明:PET/MMT纳米复合材料的合成工艺与普通聚酯切片的合成工艺相近,含MMT 3.0%的纳米啤酒瓶可耐95℃高温,对O2、CO2气体的阻隔性比普通聚酯瓶提高2~3倍.
The polyethylene-terephthalate (PET)/montmorillonite (MMT) nanocomposite material was prepared, and the effects of MMT on PET/MMT polymerization and PET chips, deformation andphase transition temperature as well as gas proofness were discussed. The results showed that the polymeization of PET/MMT is similar to that of ordinary PET and the beer bottle containing 3. 0% MMT could endure 95℃. Its obstruction to O2 and CO2 is 2 -3 times more than ordinary PET bottle.
