摘要
通过对滨南油田套管破损井的调查分析 ,提出了对其进行综合治理的方法 ,即利用高效堵漏剂对套破段进行化学堵漏 ,以达到完善注采井网、恢复产能的目的。为此 ,研制开发了GSY高水膨胀成岩剂 ,并对其堵漏工艺进行了室内优化研究 ,形成了GSY高水膨胀成岩剂堵漏工艺技术。该技术在套破井堵漏和高渗透层封堵水 (汽 )窜方面已达到国内领先水平。现场施工 17井次 ,累积增产油量 12 0 6 9.5 5t,取得了较好的应用效果。
By analyzing the casingdamage wells in Binnan oilfield, a comprehensive harness method for it is presented. A high effective chemical plugging agent plugged the damaged part of the casing, so as to improve the injectionproduction well pattern and restore the productivity. Based on the investigation, a GSY highwatercontent swelling diagenetic agent is developed and the corresponding plugging technique is optimized in laboratory. Then the technique is formed. It is up to the domestic leading level in damaged casing plugging and high permeability formation blockage. It is applied for 17 well times achieving good results with 12069.55t of cumulative incremental oil production.
