摘要
对石油烃降解菌菌数常用的 5种测定方法的基本原理、基本方法、适用范围及优缺点进行了评述。
Basic theories, basic method, applied range, merits and defects of 5 methods including microscopic examination, turbidimetric determination, plate-counter method, most probaber number test, culture flask test which are used to measure the bacteria cell population of the hydrocarbon degradation bacteria were reviewed in this paper.
