处理硫酸盐垢的氨羧复合络合剂 被引量:8

摘要 室内合成了处理油田水硫酸盐垢的马来酸酐 -醋酸乙烯酯 -烯丙基磺酸钠三元聚合物防垢剂MAP和氨羧溶垢剂PEPA。当MAP与PEPA的质量比为 1∶1时 ,复配物防垢效果最好 ,防垢率达到98.5 % ,此时 ,对CaSO4 的溶解率为 85 .92 % ,表明合成的MAP和PEPA在防垢和溶垢方面有较好的协同作用。 Scale inhibitors, composed of maleic anhydride-vinyl acetate-sodium allyl sulfonate copolymers(MAP) and aminocarboxylate chelants (PEPA) were synthesized in the lab to prevent the formation of sulfate scales in oil field water. The performance of scale inhibitors and scale dissolvers were evaluated with production water from Zhongyuan oilfield.The results showed that MAP and PEPA had good performance of scale inhibition, the scale inhibiting rate of MAP was 93.12% at 80℃, and the scale dissolving rate of PEPA in the presence of alklaine for CaSO 4 was 81.80% in 10h at 60℃.When 2∶2(mass ratio) of MAP / PEPA had high scale inhibiting rate of 98.5% and dissolving rate of 85.92%, which means the synergistic effect was acquired at this proportion.
