摘要
涡轮钻具滚动轴承在磨料液体中工作时的寿命由磨粒磨损确定。独联体国家曾建立这类轴承寿命与转速的经验关系 ,但十分粗糙 ,而一般机械制造业中磨损公式又明显不适应。为此 ,结合涡轮钻具的具体工况条件 ,推导出涡轮钻具用多级四支点球轴承组合磨粒磨损寿命估算公式。并且 ,运用反演法确定了此类轴承元件的工况系数的经验值。实例计算表明 ,按新方法估算的 12级四支点球轴承组合磨粒磨损寿命为 178h ,与实际统计寿命 15 0~ 2 0 0h基本相符。
The service life of the rolling bearing of turbodrill inabrasive medium deponds on the wear of the abrasive particles.Based on the working conditions of the turbodrill, the formulafor calculating the wear life of the multistage four-pivot ballbearing on turbodriU is worked out. And the empiric value ofthe working condition coefficient of this bearing element isdetermined by using the method of inversion. The result of the calculation of wear life of the bearing is very close to theactual statistic, this prove the new method valid.
