摘要
针对地面驱动螺杆泵空心抽油杆采油技术目前存在的空心抽油杆断脱问题 ,研制了新型防脱空心抽油杆。这种抽油杆由上承载头、下承载头、外螺纹接箍、内螺纹接箍、弹簧、齿套和轨道销钉等组成 ,其独特的连接方式 ,传扭机构、防脱机构的设计 ,可最大限度地减少抽油杆断脱。 10余口井的现场应用表明 ,这种空心抽油杆在承拉能力、承扭能力以及对斜井的适应方面 ,优于其它空心抽油杆。
The hollow sucker rod used in surface-driven screw pumpwells has the problem of breaking and thread-off. Therefore anew thread-off proof hollow sucker rod is developed. Thestructure and operating principle of the new rod are expounded,and its technical characteristics are commented. Field useshows that the new rod has preferable tensile and torsioncapability and higher adaptability in deviated holes comparedwith other hollow sucker rods.
