摘要
根据小试与中试 ,研究出一种对采油废水中有机物具有独特降解作用的高温优势菌种 ,并采用接触氧化生物膜法对采油废水处理进行中试试验 ,结论为 :(1)该方法对含油污水中的油、CODCr、硫化物和挥化酚均具有良好的去除作用 ;(2 )在温度高达 6 0℃条件下运行 ,生物膜中微生物的生长没出现异常 ;(3)填料类型对挂膜有着很大影响 ,中试试验结果表明 ,纤维素填料更适合高温好氧菌的固定。
A high temperature dominant bacterium is obtained through small scale and pilot scale tests; and a pilot scale test is also done on oilfield wastewater by contact oxidation biomembrane process.It is concluded that the oil,COD Cr ,sulfides and volatile phenol in the sewage can be removed effectively by this process,that there is a normal growth of the microorganism in the biomembrane at 60 ℃ when it is inspected by a microscope and that the type of stuffing has a great influence on membrane forming.The results of the pilot test show that cellulose stuffings are more suitable for fixation of high temperature aerobic bacteria.
