厌氧膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)在高浓度工业废水处理中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 介绍了一种新型的用于高浓度有机废水处理的EGSB反应器 ,该反应器的工艺特点包括反应器内部的生物相的分层 ,颗粒污泥的变速膨胀 ,以及高效的三相分离装置等。该反应器最高CODCr容积负荷可达到 2 5kg m3·d以上 ,最高进水CODCr浓度可达 30 0 0 0mg L以上。并介绍了几个应用该工艺的具有代表性的工程实例。 A new type of EGSB reactor was introduced which could be employed to treat high-concentration organic wastewater.The main characteristics of htis EGSB reactor include diversion of preponderant microorganisms in different height of reactor,various expanded velocity of granular sludge and high efficient three-phase separator.To this type of reactor,the COD Cr volume load can be over 25 kg/m 3·d,while the influent COD Cr concentration can be over 30 000 mg/L .It was also introduced that some typical engineering examples which employed EGSB process.
