摘要
铁炉港采石场二期工程采用深孔台阶爆破,日爆破方量达3万m3,地质条件不利,而对块度要求非常严格。根据可爆性将岩石分为三类,采用不同的穿孔爆破参数。通过试生产期间的数据统计和分析,建立了孔网参数和炸药单耗与粉矿率、大块率及根坎率的关系,为穿孔爆破参数优化提供了依据。通过成本分析得知,控制爆破成本的主要措施是降低粉矿率。
In the stone quarry for second-stage project of Tielu harbour,long-hole bench blasting is used with a blasting volume of 30000 cubic meters per day. In despite of unfavorable geological conditions,the demand for the size of rock fragment is very strict.According to its blastability,the rock is divided into three types and different blasting parameters are used.Through analyzing the statistical data during trial production,relations of hole-pattern parameters and powder factor to fines,boulder and toe-rock ratios are established,providing a basis for optimization of drilling-and-blasting parameters.It is known from cost analysis that key measure for control of blasting cost is to reduce the fines ratio.
