全总老办公楼爆破拆除中安全管理规范化

NORMALIZATION OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT IN BLASTING DEMOLITION OF THE OLD OFFICE BUILDING OF THE NATIONAL HEAD LABOUR UNION

中华全国总工会老办公楼的爆破拆除成功,是与北京市公安局的规范化管理密不可分的。本文以全总老办公楼爆破拆除为例,分析了处于城市复杂环境下的建(构)筑物拆除爆破中安全管理的规范化,论述了规范化安全管理中的组织领导、各单位的职责和任务,以及施工中采取的安全和警戒措施。

The old office building of the National Head Labour Union was successfully demolished by blasting,which was closely relative to the normalized safety management of Beijing Public Security Bureau.In this paper, the normalization of safety management in blasting demolition of buildings or structures in complex city circumstance was studied by taking the blasting demolition of the old building as an example.And the organization and leaders,the responsibility and tasks of every unit in normalized safety management were expounded as well as the safety and post guard measures in construction.
