应用基于概率统计理论的可靠性设计方法 ,从分析静强度初始可靠度的角度 ,对钢制薄壁内压圆筒的安全系数进行了分析研究 ,认为在屈服失效准则下可取安全系数ns≥ 1 5 5 ,在爆破失效准则下可取安全系数nb≥ 2 0
In this paper, by using the method of reliability design basis on probability and statistical theory, static strength of steel thinness walled pressure cylinder was statistically analyzed. The safety factor is discussed from the side of analysis initial reliability on static strength, take for safety factor ns is greater than 1.55 in yield failure criteria and nb not less than 2.05 in explosion failure criteria.
