摘要
在动态竞争条件下旅游企业的竞争更加激烈。关键是人才的竞争。文章介绍了动态竞争下我国旅游业面对的形势及其对人才的素质要求 ,分析了高校旅游教育存在的不足 。
The competition of tourism industry is becoming hotter and hotter under dynamic competition, whose key is the competition between the qualified personnel. It is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out reform in education so as to cultivate high quality and qualified personnel to meet the demands of tourist industry. The paper introduced the situation of China's tourist industry under dynamic competition and its requirements for the quality of qualified personnel in tourism. The weak points in the education of colleges and universities were analyzed, and some suggestions were made in the article.
