摘要
该文通过在声表面波(SAW)双通道延迟线上,以巯基十一酸自组装和铜离子修饰成膜的方法(SAMs),形成了有机膦类化合物的选择性吸附薄膜(纳米级),并以此对有机膦化合物DMMP(甲基膦酸二甲酯)的检测方法进行了初步的研究。
By the method of self-assembling and Cu^(2+) modifying on the dual delay line of SAW, a novel selective sorption film(nm) of 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid (MUA) is prepared, and is used to the detection of organophosphonate compound-DMMP(dimethylmethylphosphonate). The detection limit of DMMP is 1mg/m^3.
